Spencer is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance in 2013. He continued his studies at Walsh College and received his Master of Science in Accounting in 2017. Prior to AnchorPointe, Spencer supported both Gary Wood and Jeff Freeman where he gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the financial services industry.
Spencer holds both the FINRA Series 7 and the Series 66 securities licenses and is studying for Life, Accident and Health Insurance.
Away from the office, Spencer can be found at home or on an adventure with his two young children, wife Megan and their two Beagles. Any other free time is spent playing a round of golf, skating with his adult league hockey team or watching one of the local Detroit sports teams.
